Order Processing

All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days.
Since products are made to order through our partner Printify, processing times may vary slightly depending on product type and demand.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been submitted and another when it ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and carrier rates.
We may occasionally offer promotions such as free shipping — details will be displayed on our website when available.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately. This is because we use multiple Printify print partners, and your items may come from different production facilities.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It may take 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
DOMestic Pantry is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery for lost packages).
Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
We’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
