Order Issues & Eligibility
We gladly accept returns or offer replacements/refunds only in the following cases:

Damaged or defective products: Item arrives broken, misprinted, or faulty.

Incorrect order: You received the wrong item, size, or design.

Lost in transit: Package never arrives due to carrier issues.
❌ We cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size or color choice (unless it was our error)
-
Items that have been worn, washed, or used
Reporting an Issue

Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages).

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

We’ll review your claim with Printify and get back to you quickly.
Refunds & Replacements

If approved, you will receive a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

In most cases, you will not need to return the item unless Printify requires it.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once an order has entered printing, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside of Printify’s control.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist with a resolution.
