Return & Refund Policy

Order Issues & Eligibility

We gladly accept returns or offer replacements/refunds only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products: Item arrives broken, misprinted, or faulty.

  • Incorrect order: You received the wrong item, size, or design.

  • Lost in transit: Package never arrives due to carrier issues.

❌ We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size or color choice (unless it was our error)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used


Reporting an Issue

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages).

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

  • We’ll review your claim with Printify and get back to you quickly.


Refunds & Replacements

  • If approved, you will receive a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • In most cases, you will not need to return the item unless Printify requires it.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

  • Once an order has entered printing, it cannot be canceled or changed.


Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside of Printify’s control.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist with a resolution.
